I have bought off them thinking they are in an Australian company. They showed up as an Australian website. I now have a bill for 294 Australian a dollars to release my parts. This is making it way more expensive than buying in Australia. I have asked PayPal to step in and update my review if they lordgun fixes the issue.

Purchased a new Helmet and it arrived in Australia within a week - really happy with the communication and I was updated regularly.
Definitely would use them again and recommend them.

Lordgun are getting a bad rating based on people thinking this is a UK company. They are based in Italy and my recent order (evoc rucksack) was shipped via DHL and arrived a few days later. I'm very happy with their service. But be aware of your Brexit duties if buying from outside the EU.

Update: About 4-5 working days after I shipped the item back, Lordgun has refunded my money after verifying tracking number. While their response times are slow, it seems that Lordgun stands behind their policies, and does right by the customer, so I am updating my review to reflect that. While I am not blown away by their customer service timeframes, they were understanding and cooperative.
I ordered a front brake and rear brake from Lordgun on 2/24. Received two rear brakes and no front brake (EXACTLY like another reviewer on Trustpilot) on 3/7.
Emailed customer service on 3/8 about their mistake.
Received a response asking for photo proof on 3/9, which I sent.
No response for several days.
Gave Lordgun a warning that I would file a dispute with Paypal on 3/12, which I did.
All of a sudden they are a little more responsive.
They have asked me to ship the item back (at my expense), lie about the value for insurance, and withdraw my dispute. They say that they will not refund my money until I withdraw my dispute. That defeats the purpose of the dispute.
There is no reason to shop with Lordgun when there are VAST NUMBERS of online vendors who provide much better service, and actually ship you what you order. I can't imagine a reason to shop here.I certainly won't make this mistake again. I just hope I ever get my money back.

Pick up my first online order from lordgun,
Schwelbe racing ray and ralph plus a milkit tubless kit,not only are their prices great but I'm happy to say my order arrived in Australia within 5 days.
Won't hesitate to place my orders with them in the future.

Beware additional tax charges after Brexit that they dont tell you about when ordering, but they should have factored in so you can make a decision on whether its worth it. I had to buy in bulk in order for Lordgun to take my order (fine with that bit) but then got hit with a hefty tax charge by their courier well after the purchase event and I had no idea it was coming. Tried to resolve on email but they said it was for the buyer to pay and that it was made clear (it wasn't and its not on any of the purchase emails). In addition the delivery came weeks late!!
I now have too many items and have paid over what was advertised for them. BEWARE

Product in stock (Gore C5 Jersey) ordered the 18th and delivered the 20th in Belgium with UPS. Ships from Italy. Item as described, well packaged, no problem for me.
Lordgun was the only site with the size I was looking for so I was reluctant at first but no issue at all.

Ordered a wheelset, cassette and chain from them. And there stated 7-10 days delivery shipping worldwide for the shipping option I chose, but the parcel is still stuck in Italy for like 6 days!?
Emailed both Lordgun and SDA courier express TWICE still not yet gotten any reply. Are your employees sleeping or just simply ignoring customers? Give me an update of my parcel ASAP!!

if you are based in italy then be honest don't use a .co.uk address to try and fool us. Obviously with the problems at the ports there are long delays!!! lying companies should not profit!

Cant be trusted.

After a previous unsatisfactory experience with another online bike shop I now carefully check where they ship from before placing an order. Finding out that Lordgunbicycles.co.uk actually are located in Italy and seeing mixed reviews here (though some are somewhat unnecessarily negative IMO) I was wary to place my order.
However, on 28 August I placed an order on their website for new tires and inner tubes. I received emails updating me on the progress of the order and by 31 August the order was on the way. I had chosen the Parcelforce delivery option which they say can take between 6 and 25 days but I was in no hurry. The order arrived on the 8 September, the main delay seemed to have been the transfer from Italy to the UK. I am totally happy with the service received, and the price I paid. I think I will be checking this website again in future.
